The guidance below describes our store policies and how to prepare a question; it does not confirm that any pictured garment is available to buy.
\n
\n
Order tracking at a glance
\n
\n
Use the order number for store records and the tracking number for carrier records.
\n
A confirmation is different from a dispatch notice.
\n
A label-created scan is different from carrier acceptance.
\n
Do not pay an unexpected delivery fee through an unverified message.
\n
\n
\n
1. Find the right reference
\n
An order number identifies the purchase in store records. A tracking number identifies a parcel within a carrier network. Those numbers may look similar but they serve different purposes. Keep each next to the information it identifies. If an order contains several garments or ships in more than one parcel, record which items are associated with each shipment. A delivered parcel does not prove that every item in a split order has arrived.
\n
The current store is not accepting new orders while product and payment verification is pending. The lookup below is the native WooCommerce order-status form. It does not create a carrier shipment or provide an estimate for a campaign illustration. For an existing order, use its number and the billing email associated with it. Do not attempt to guess another customer’s reference or enter payment credentials into an order-status form.
\n
\n\n\n\t\n\t
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
\n\n\t
Order ID
\t
Billing email
\t

\n\n\t\n\t
Track
\n\t\n\t\n\n
\n
2. Order confirmation
\n
An order confirmation describes what was submitted and the selected item options. It should not be treated as a parcel handoff scan. Check the design, size, color, quantity and address while a change can still be requested. If the email is missing, check spam and mailbox filters, and ask support to clarify the order status using a minimal reference. Do not place a duplicate order just to see whether the first confirmation appears.
\n
If an email says that a payment is pending, the purchase may still need attention before fulfillment. A pending bank authorization is also different from a completed payment. The payment and order statuses must be checked together. An attractive order confirmation screen does not prove that the merchant received funds or that a garment is ready to dispatch. See Payment Methods for the currently verified payment route.
\n
3. Preparation and label creation
\n
Preparation is the stage before a parcel is accepted by a carrier. It may include checking the item and preparing the shipment record. The published preparation estimate is 1–3 business days, subject to verification of the actual fulfillment process. Do not add an assumed production period or claim immediate dispatch based on a stock photograph. If the garment is needed by a fixed date, ask about the exact item and destination.
\n
A label-created status normally means that shipment information has entered the carrier system. It does not by itself show physical acceptance. The next relevant event is an acceptance or pickup scan, depending on the carrier. Keep the dispatch message and check its date before interpreting a quiet scan history as a lost parcel. Ask for clarification if the label stage lasts beyond the expected preparation range.
\n
4. Handoff and transit
\n
A carrier acceptance event marks a different stage from order placement. Use the named carrier’s official tracking service, reached through a verified dispatch message or by typing the carrier website yourself. The store does not promise a carrier route for unverified products. A tracking page that only repeats the order number without a carrier reference should not be assumed to show real parcel movement.
\n
During transit, scans can appear at collection facilities, transfer points, border processing or a delivery depot. There may be gaps between events, especially across long distances or weekends. A gap is useful context but not immediate proof of loss. Save the latest event, location and timestamp if you need help. Avoid sending a full screen recording that exposes unrelated emails or accounts.
\n
5. Read dates as estimates
\n
The published transit estimate is 3–7 business days after handoff, subject to carrier verification. Preparation and transit are separate stages. A business-day estimate should not be converted silently into calendar days, and it is not a guaranteed arrival by a holiday, flight or wedding. The actual carrier information and destination matter when evaluating a delay.
\n
A carrier may revise an estimate after a routing change or border event. Keep both the original estimate and the new scan history when raising a concern. State what changed and when, rather than only saying that the parcel is late. A more recent estimate can be helpful context, but it does not remove the store’s responsibility to investigate a missing parcel under the published policy.
\n
6. Address and delivery exceptions
\n
An incomplete apartment number, an incorrect postal code or an address the carrier cannot service can cause an exception. Compare the confirmation with the address you intended to supply. Request changes promptly, but do not assume that support can edit a parcel already in the network. A redirect or collection option shown by the carrier must be checked against that carrier’s actual rules.
\n
If the carrier asks for information, verify the channel before sending it. An unexpected text message about a small delivery charge can be unrelated to your parcel even if you are waiting for a shirt. Support never needs a password or one-time bank code to explain tracking. Use the existing order thread to ask about a suspicious message and remove unnecessary personal information from any screenshot.
\n
7. A delivered scan without a parcel
\n
Check the address in the order confirmation, the scan details and any stated safe place. Where appropriate, ask another person at the address whether they accepted it. For a shared building, look at the usual reception or parcel arrangement without assuming the store authorized an alternative address. Keep a record of the checks you made so support can focus the investigation.
\n
Contact support if the parcel remains missing. Include the carrier, reference, delivered timestamp and relevant delivery instructions. Do not accuse an unrelated neighbor or post an address publicly to seek a parcel. The carrier investigation should establish what happened; a single scan is a piece of evidence to review, not a reason to dismiss your concern without checking.
\n
8. Delays and lost parcels
\n
The published lost-parcel trigger is 7 business days without an update or beyond the latest delivery estimate. The carrier investigation limit is 5 business days before replacement or refund. Send the current scan history and order reference when that trigger is reached. A replacement still depends on the actual item being available, and a refund remains the alternative when replacement cannot be supplied.
\n
These timeframes describe the store process, not a promise that every carrier will label an investigation in the same way. Ask for the investigation start date and the next agreed step. Keep the correspondence in one thread so a later scan can be compared with the original report. Do not buy an extra shirt on the assumption that a pending missing-parcel request already means a replacement has been dispatched.
\n
Reading delivery information carefully
\n
The configured delivery area is the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. The WooCommerce shipping zone offers free outbound shipping with no minimum order amount or coupon. This configuration describes the intended checkout rate, not proof of a particular carrier route, dispatch location or guaranteed delivery date. Product fulfillment and the payment route must be verified before ordering becomes available. A request from another country does not create an available shipping method.
\n
The preparation estimate is 1–3 business days and the transit estimate is 3–7 business days, subject to carrier verification. Preparation is the time before handoff; transit is the movement after handoff. They should not be treated as two alternative promises or as a guaranteed arrival in three days. Weekends, public holidays, border processing and an incomplete address can affect a parcel. If you need clothing for a fixed travel or celebration date, explain the destination and date before relying on an estimate.
\n
A label-created message means shipment data has been prepared; it is not the same as a carrier acceptance scan. Where tracking is available, use the carrier named in the actual dispatch confirmation and follow the scan history. Do not enter your payment details on a page asking for an unexpected delivery fee merely because it mentions a familiar shop name. Our Order Tracking guide explains the information to collect, and Shipping & Delivery explains how to raise a late or lost parcel concern.
\n
Keeping a clear record without sharing too much
\n
A short record of the item link, SKU, selected size, selected color and date of your question is often more useful than several screenshots without context. If you are discussing an existing order, add the order number and the email used at checkout. Keep the original confirmation and any later change confirmation together. A reply in the same email thread helps avoid applying a request to the wrong variation or missing an important date. An initial message is a request; it is not proof that a change, refund or return has already been approved.
\n
When a photo is needed, show the relevant part of the garment and explain what the photo is meant to demonstrate. A full front view plus one detail can distinguish a wrong design from a print placement concern. Crop out unrelated people, documents, addresses and background items. For a delivery label, obscure details that are not needed to identify the issue. Never include a full payment card number, security code, account password or one-time authentication code in an attachment or support message.
\n
For any time-sensitive issue, state the date and time zone in plain words. Saying “today” or “last Friday” can become ambiguous when a message is reviewed later or when you and the store are in different countries. Delivery dates, return-request dates and cancellation requests each serve different purposes. Write the event next to the date so the sequence is clear. You can find the applicable processes on Cancel or Change an Order and Refund Policy.
\n
The return and refund policies work together
\n
You can request a return for any product, for any reason, within 60 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee. The return-request deadline is different from the period for shipping an approved return back: our default ship-back period is 14 days after return approval. Contact us first so the correct return destination and instructions can be provided. A website address, a sender address on an old parcel or an address found on a search engine is not automatically the current returns address.
\n
Return shipping is free when the item is damaged, defective, wrong or not as described; the store provides a prepaid label or reimbursement instructions. For a change of mind, including a size or color exchange, you pay the cost of sending the item back, and we pay to ship the exchange item out. An exchange depends on the requested item actually being available. If it is not, the refund path remains available. Do not buy a second item merely because you have asked for an exchange unless you intentionally want a separate purchase.
\n
Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 7 calendar days of approval. Approval means that the return has been received and inspected, a photo claim has been approved, or a cancellation has been confirmed. A request for help, a postage receipt or a pending bank authorization does not necessarily identify that approval date. Ask for the date and refund reference if you need to follow the progress.
